FNDS3000 stock sale
Jacksonville-based FNDS3000 Corp. last week announced a deal to sell $2.5 million in stock in a series of private placements. The company, which issues prepaid cards, sold $1 million in stock in the first placement mainly to new CEO Raymond Goldsmith and an investment company run by Goldsmith.
Goldsmith said in a news release that the stock purchase by his investment company 'demonstrates the strong level of confidence it has in FNDS3000's ability to execute our business model and deliver strong performance over time.'
