Mint Technology Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MIT) today announced that that it has, in accordance with National Instrument 52-109 - Certification of Disclosure in Issuers' Annual and Interim Filings, re-filed the certifications of the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of Mint.

The re-filed forms are in the form now required under National Instrument 52-109. In addition, Mint has elected to use the version of those forms which is permitted for venture issuers and which does not contain any of the certifications described in items (i) through (iv) of the fourth paragraph.

The re-filings were made as a result of participation in the Ontario Securities Commission's Continuous Disclosure Review Program.
